The app stores the following preferences locally on your device using macOS UserDefaults:
- Whether you have completed the welcome screen
- Which lessons you have completed
- Your progress within each lesson
- Which shortcuts you have pinned as favorites
- Your language preference (Arabic or English)
This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to us or any third party.
Third-Party Services
None. Switcher Coach does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services. There are no SDKs from Google, Facebook, or any other company embedded in the app.
Network Usage
Switcher Coach makes zero network connections. All lesson content and shortcut data is bundled with the app. The app works fully offline.
Data Sharing
We do not share any data with anyone because we do not collect any data.
Data Deletion
Since Switcher Coach does not collect personal data, there is nothing to delete from our end. To remove all locally stored preferences, you can simply delete the app from your Mac. Alternatively, see our data deletion page for detailed instructions.

App Store Purchase
When you purchase Switcher Coach from the App Store, Apple processes your payment. We do not receive your payment details, Apple ID, or any personal information from Apple. Apple's handling of your purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
